We will open sacred space together and come together. We will facilitate a Hapé ceremony, with singing and chanting over the medicine when connecting to each soul, bringing together beautiful energies of support and clearing, with intuitive energy healing work to support you as needed, if you shall choose.
Hapé (pronounced hah-PAY), also known as Rapé, is a sacred plant medicine used traditionally by Indigenous tribes. It is a finely powdered blend of tobacco and medicinal herbs, prepared with pure intentions and prayer for spiritual and energetic purposes. Sacred tobacco is a bridge to healing allowing one to release, ground, and balance, the mind, body and spirit. It is love! ❤️

After the Hapé ceremony, we will move into a guided breathwork session coupled with a deep sound meditation. Breath is the "Great Connector"—it helps move energy through both the physical and subtle bodies. Combined with sound, it can release tension, balance the nervous system, and promote profound relaxation.

Our sound meditation will feature a variety of healing instruments including crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drum, and rattle. We will be using our voices as the sacred instruments they are as well.

This ceremony is a space of being. We welcome you to embrace yourselves fully and wholeheartedly. Come with an open heart, and leave feeling renewed. Aho!
