We are at the mercy of Mama Nature, and her energy is part of the magic 🌬🌊—but safety is our first priority.
In the event of inclement weather (high winds, lightning, or heavy rain):
You will be notified by 4PM on the day of the tour if we need to cancel or reschedule.
If rescheduled, your ticket will automatically roll over to the new date.
If you can’t attend the rescheduled tour, we’ll offer a full refund or credit toward a future Mystic Moonlight Tour.
Cancellations by guests:
Cancellations made before May 1 are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations after May 1 are non-refundable unless we can fill your spot from the waitlist.
You’re welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend with notice.
