Stage1: buy in $20 (225cc max)
pump gas only, max 91(no Methanol/fuel additives).
Stock internals/flywheel .
Stock style gas tank.
aftermarket carb allowed.
Aftermarket exhaust allowed.
Gov delete allowed.
Must have a pull starter
No bully clutches/races clutches. torque converters allowed.
No wheelie bars.

Stage 2: buy in $40 (236cc max)
Pump gas only max 101(no Methanol/fuel additives).
Must have a pull starter.
Bully clutch/race clutch allowed.
Torque converters allowed.
No wheelie bars.
No billet heads

modified pull start: buy in $50 (236cc max)
Methanol allowed / any fuel allowed
Must have pull starter
Billet heads allowed
Race/bully clutches allowed
Torque converters allowed
Wheelie bars allowed

Outlaw: buy in $100 (290cc max)
Methanol/any fuels allowed
box starter allowed.
Bully clutches/race clutches allowed.
