Are you a yoga teacher who wants to make your classes more inclusive, or a practitioner who wants to feel more confident adapting your practice?
Join us for a 5-hour workshop where we’ll dive into the art of modifying yoga poses for different bodies and abilities.
✨ What to Expect:
Learn about common challenges in yoga—like tight hamstrings in forward folds, asymmetries in the pelvis during backbends, and more.
Discover how props can be your best friends on the mat, offering both support and challenge in your practice.
Understand how to meet your students (or yourself!) exactly where they are—whether they’re recovering from injury, managing mobility restrictions, or simply looking to deepen their practice.
Learn simple, effective modifications using blocks, straps, bolsters, chairs, and creative props.
🧘♀️ For Yoga Teachers: This workshop will help you prepare to confidently offer accessible, inclusive classes for all levels—without getting caught off guard when a student needs extra support. You’ll earn 5 Continuing Education Units (CEUs) with Yoga Alliance and a certificate of completion.
🧘♀️ For Practitioners: If you’ve ever felt that a yoga class wasn’t quite designed for your body—or if you want to take back your power and feel comfortable modifying poses—you’ll love this workshop. You’ll gain tools to adjust your practice with confidence, meeting your body where it is and challenging it where you’re ready.
