This workshop offers a slow, nourishing entry into the new year through warmth, connection, gentle movement, and energy healing.
We begin by settling together — not rushing into doing, but arriving fully.

☕ Chai Latte Meet & Greet Circle
We’ll open with a warm chai latte and a gentle sharing circle to:
Arrive slowly
Feel seen and welcomed
Begin co-regulation through connection
(No pressure to share — listening is always enough.)
🧘♀️ Nervous System–Regulating Yoga
Slow, grounding movement designed to guide the body out of survival mode and into rest-and-repair.
Accessible, floor-based, and deeply supportive.
🫁 Breathwork for Regulation & Energy Restoration
Simple practices to calm the nervous system, replenish energy, and create a sense of inner safety — tools you can use anytime.
✍️ Guided Reflection & Journaling
✨ Reiki Energy Sharing
During deep rest, Reiki will be offered (hands-on or hands-off, always optional) to support:
Nervous system settling
Energetic balance
Emotional release and renewal
🎶 Extended Savasana with Sound Healing
Crystal bowls accompany rest, allowing the body and nervous system to integrate the experience on a deeper level.
