Join us at Chrysalis Enrichment Center LLC for a rejuvenating experience filled with gentle stretches and calming meditation. This in-person event is designed to help you ground, connect with your own higher wisdom through gentle floor stretches. Whether you're a beginner or experienced, this evening is perfect for anyone looking to relax and recharge. Join like minded self-love seekers connecting thought, body and own personal higher wisdom within! Stretch and Meditation is non pretzel movements for all ages and does not include up and down movementes like yoga. Once we are on the floor we focus on our own bodies communication and learn our bodies on an individual grounding depth like never before! Don't miss out on this opportunity to nourish your soul and cultivate a deeper connection with yourself. Bring a floor mat if you have one. Relaxed clothing, a water bottle and an open heart. Laurie Wrage, owner of Chrysalis is a certified hypnotherapist and emotional resilience expert.
