General Information
When and where is the Maker’s Market - Arts and Crafts, and Homemade Goods? The Maker’s Market is on Saturday, July 12, 2025, from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM at Magnus Anderson American Legion Post #399 (N50W34760 Wisconsin Ave, Okauchee, WI).

Is there an admission fee for shoppers? No, admission is FREE for all attendees!

How do I apply for a booth? Please complete, sign, and return: the Acceptance Agreement, Application, and Tax Form, along with a gift basket donation by June 1, 2025, as well as a payment to the American Legion Auxiliary Post 399:

What is the booth fee? 10x10 Outdoor Space (Vehicle allowed near tent) – $45, 8x6 Indoor Space – $35, and instead of a booth fee, vendors may donate a gift basket for the raffle.

When can vendors set up? Friday, July 11, 2025: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM and/or Saturday, July 12, 2025: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM

Can I request a specific booth location? Booths will be assigned, and while we try to accommodate preferences, placement is not guaranteed.

Will electricity be available? Electrical access is available for a small fee and must be requested in advance.

Can I sell food or commercial items? No, unless pre-approved by event organizers.

Are vendors responsible for cleanup? Yes, all vendors must clean up their space before leaving.

How do the door prize drawings work? Drawings will occur approximately every 30 minutes. Customers spending $10 or more at a craft booth will receive a raffle ticket for each $10 spent.

Can vendors donate items for the raffle? Yes! Vendors may donate a $10+ item or gift to help support the event.

Will there be advertising for the event? Yes! A Facebook event page will be created, and vendors are encouraged to share photos, product updates, and festive promotions.

What if I need to cancel? Booth fees are non-refundable.

Can I pack up early? No, vendors must stay until 3:00 PM. Early tear-down is not allowed.
