Corey Hugh Highberg is a songwriter, educator, and performer whose work spans bluegrass, jazz, blues, grunge, and even ancient world rhythms. A bassist since 1991 and a scholar with degrees in musicology and history, Corey blends deep musical knowledge with raw, expressive performance. His sets are as thought-provoking as they are soulful.
Elliott Callaway, a Birmingham-born, Los Angeles-based singer-songwriter, crafts songs rooted in Americana, folk, and rock. With a rich, gritty voice and storytelling style, he draws on influences from his Southern roots and his studies in ethnomusicology. His debut album Hank (2023) showcases his lyrical honesty and heartfelt style, earning him a place on stages across Southern California with his band Honey and the Flies.
