Dal’s Dolls 8th Annual Cutest Pumpkin in the Patch Pageant!!! Pageant will be held Sunday Oct 19th 2025 at the Old Oil Springs School Gymnasium in Oil Springs, Ky! 7846 Rt 40 W Oil Springs Ky 41238.
Doors will open and registration will be 10:45am and pageant will begin promptly at 12pm! Please plan your trip accordingly and be on time. If you’re not there when your age division is called, you won’t be able to compete!
This pageant is open to everyone, girls and boys ALL AGES!!!! Our pageants are perfect for all levels of pageantry!!!🥰
This pageant will be our 1st State Preliminary pageant for our 2026 Dal’s Dolls Ky State Pageant! Contestants that qualify at this pageant will advance to our State Pageant next year. 🎉🎉
We are awarding 10in one of a kind custom designed Dal’s Dolls Disney Villain themed Halloween crowns!!! All crowns will have Dal’s Dolls logo on the bottom!!
ALL CONTESTANTS will go home with one of these gorgeous crowns and a pageant t-shirt! Lots of other beautiful awards like our signature custom designed sashes and cash prizes will be won! NOBODY GOES HOME EMPTY HANDED!!! 💜 🖤

💜Entry fee is $150 with a $50 non refundable, non transferable deposit due to hold your spot. This will be applied to your balance. Your entry fee includes all events except our Jackpot Costume contest. That event is optional and has its own entry fee.

Deadline to enter is Oct. 5th unless spots fill before then. Your remaining balance must be paid in full by this day or you forfeit your spot! I do not accept balances at the door. Payments can be made. I can work with you if needed, you just have to ask.
Admission for guests is $10 per person. 3 & under are free. All guests must pay admission and have an arm band or ticket, including parents! Concessions will be sold.

Our 1st Event is casual. All contestants attire will be Halloween/Fall Casual wear or dresses. Boutique style Halloween/fall outfits or dresses are great for this event! No pageant dresses or formal dresses will be permitted. Age appropriate makeup and hair pieces are allowed for ages 4 & older only but not required.
2nd event will be Outfit of Choice(OOC). Contestants will need any type of Halloween Costume for this event. They don’t have to be Disney villain themed. Costume can be off the rack or custom made attire. Glitz Halloween attire is permitted. Costume makeup and hair pieces are permitted in this event. Contestants 4 & older will be allowed 2mins stage time for a dance routine or talent. A routine or talent isn’t required in this event, contestants can model if they prefer. Props are allowed for everyone as long as one person can bring them on stage! A small dressing area will be available to all contestants.

We are collecting donations for our local animal shelters. All dog and cat supplies are needed as well as cleaning supplies. Every contestant that brings in a donation, no matter the size, will receive a Humanitarian Sash! The contestant that brings the most donations will be crowned our Miss/Mister Humanitarian 2025 and win an additional Halloween themed crown and 6ft trophy! A runner up will be awarded with enough participation! This title will advance you to state!!
👑💜🖤BABY DOLL PAGEANT🖤💜👑
This event is FREE! Just bring your favorite baby doll, or stuffed animal dressed however you like, and have some fun! This will be our 6th Annual Baby Doll Pageant!!!
This will be held after the regular pageant, while tabulation is going on. You will be called up one at a time, just like a regular pageant to bring your doll on stage. Everyone that participates will receive a certificate! Top 5 will be given an award!!
We are a drama free pageant system. Poor sportsmanship of any kind will not be tolerated! Every contestant must have a signed permission and rule form to be able to compete, no exceptions! I will send these virtually prior to pageant day.
I always send out several messages to all contestants before pageant day to explain order of events, etc. If you have any questions feel free to message me anytime on FB.
