Dal’s Dolls Merry Stitchmas Christmas Pageant will be held Saturday Dec. 6th 2025 at the Index Community Church Center in West Liberty, Ky. Address is 1749 West Main St. West Library, Ky 41472.
If you’re looking for a fun, laid back, low budget, stress free, crown all pageant system, come join the fun!!! From beginner to pro we welcome ALL levels of pageantry!
Open to everyone all ages! This will be our 2nd prelim for our 2026 Ky State Pageant!! Contestants that qualify at this pageant will advance to our state pageant in May!!!
Santa will be joining us and possibly a few other special guests!! They’ll have a treat for the kids and be available for pics!
Registration will be 10:45am-11:45am and pageant will begin promptly 12pm. Deadline to enter is Nov. 22nd UNLESS spots fill before then. Admission for guests is $10 per person, children 3 & under are FREE.
ALL CONTESTANTS will go home with a beautiful themed crown, medal/trophy, & gift! No one goes home empty handed!!! Supreme title winners will all win one of our signature custom cloth glitter sashes!!! Ultimate & Mega will win 6ft trophies!!! Plenty of other chances to win additional awards and titles!
Basic Entry fee is $125. A $40 non refundable, non transferable deposit is due to hold your spot. This includes entry in all events except for the Overalls. Those have their own entry fee and you must pay to be considered for those titles.
1st 10 contestants to pay a deposit will win a gorgeous special early entry crown!🎉
🎅🏻ATTIRE🎅🏻
Attire for BEAUTY will be ANY type of pageant/formal dress or gown for the girls, glitz dresses are permitted. For the boys a suit and tie or dress shirt and pants All contestants must have dress shoes or heels. Age appropriate makeup, hair pieces & tanning allowed for ages 4 and older only! NOT REQUIRED.
Attire for OOC will be ANY type of Christmas themed wear or Stitch themed attire. Glitz pieces are permitted. Props are allowed in this event as long as one person can bring them on stage. Get creative and have fun!! Age appropriate makeup, hair pieces & tanning will be allowed for ages 4 and older only! NOT REQUIRED.
Contestants are allowed 2mins stage time in this event for a dance routine or talent. You do not have to use the full time. We are awarding an OOC Supreme in every division as well as an Overall Talent supreme. Talent Supreme will advance you to state!!
Let’s bring a little summer to the stage with SWIMWEAR!! $10 to enter. This event is optional. Not entering won’t affect your score in anyway. Attire will be any type of swim wear. Glitz swim pieces permitted. Shoes are optional. Props are allowed. Top 5 will be awarded as well as a Swim Wear Supreme!!!

1 picture is included in your entry fee. Additional pics can be entered for $5 per pic. Every contestant will need a recent, good quality, Unframed, 5x7 or 8x10. Doesn’t have to be a professional pic. We will be awarding 2-3 overall photogenic supremes for this pageant, depending on number of contestants. This title will advance you to state!!
💖Stitch’s Christmas Court💖
Included in basic entry. This title will be given to the Contestants that show the most potential. Our 5 rising stars of the pageant will receive an additional award!

This title will be awarded to the contestant that has the most fans in attendance at the pageant. Winner will receive a gorgeous crown! Be sure to tell your guests to let us know at admission who they are there to see. A runner up will be awarded with enough participation. This title will advance you to state!!
🩷Miss Congeniality🩷
This title will be given to the contestant that shows a great love for pageantry and her peers. This title will advance you to state!!
🤍PEOPLE’S CHOICE🤍
This event is optional. I’ll be awarding our winner with a 6ft trophy & a gorgeous Christmas crown! I’ll award runner ups with enough participation!! Start collecting those votes! Voting will start at $1 per vote. There’s no limit on how many times or how much someone can vote for you. The contestants with the most votes will win! This title will advance you to state!!!
You will collect the votes yourself then send them to me in one payment via PayPal, Cash App, Chime, or Venmo by Nov. 22nd! Fees may apply. Please let me know if you wish to participate in this event!❗️COST MUST BE MET TO AWARD THIS SIZE!
We have a zero tolerance for poor sportsmanship. Every contestant will need a signed rule and permission form to be able to compete. This will be sent out to contestants prior to the pageant.
