What: This is a retreat for aging with wisdom to create a new story using witchcraft to connect to inner Guidance- Embracing the beauty of life.
Learn to forage in the woods for a spell, connect to nature in a meaningful spiritual way, and share in learning about how to listen to your intuition to create and heal.
During this retreat, bask in the energy of the Full Moon and develop your skills as a witch. It is a retreat designed to help you develop your spiritual abilities.
• Witchcraft is a spiritual practice rooted in nature and divinity. However, so often, it can seem overwhelming. There are so many books, tools, words, and things to learn, or so it seems.
• This is your chance to deepen your practice, your spirituality, your wellness, and you’re healing in a judgment-free environment with kindred spirits.
• We are here to guide you. Everyone is connected to the divine and nature, and there is no right or wrong way to receive and accept your gifts. We can all go within, to hear, to notice, and to become more.
• Come to Laurel Highlands Valley in Pennsylvania, where you work closely with the divine to understand how to use your magic to co-create your story with the universe. Let my spiritual team help you to communicate on a higher level of divinity to understand your craft and magic as a witch.

lunch will be 12 pm to 1 pm
During this time you we will grab lunch at a local restaurant. This meal is not included in the retreat price.
(Please dress appropriately for the weather. It is recommended to wear hiking shoes, to have a raincoat, water bottle, and even a backpack to carry your personal belongings on the hike.

•10 am-10:15 am check in with Sara Jo, introductions, review of agenda
• 10:15 am- 11:45 am Witch’s walk in nature ( journaling, meditation, and energy connections with nature)
(Learn about how to use the Full Moon energy through nature to let go of that which does not serve you.)
• 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm lunch
• 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm group discussion and reflection with spiritual guidance
o 2:00 pm to 3: 00 pm-One-on-one spiritual wellness mentoring sessions with Sara Jo. (Depending on amount of participants, times may be adjusted.)
o 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm- Personal reflection, journaling, or meditation in nature.
