A 90-minute, seated workshop that gently guides you back into your body’s wisdom. Through breath, intuitive touch, and fascia-focused movement—all done from a chair—you’ll explore how your body holds emotion and how you can begin to release tension, stress, and stored trauma in a safe, supported way. No experience needed—just an open heart and a willingness to listen within.
