Join Instructor Jay Stempin for an excellent beginner Tai Chi class every Monday and Friday morning,
10:35 -11:25 AM.
An internal martial art, Tai Chi is a self-healing modality that focuses on breath work, balance, stability, and artful movements to improve posture and circulation, enhance mental wellness, stimulate purposeful actions, and massage organs to help detox the body. Regular practice can enhance core strength and flexibility, improve reaction time, and contribute to an overall sense of calm.
With its origins dating back over two thousand years, Tai Chi is known worldwide as a popular form of gentle exercise and moving meditation, benefiting mental and physical health.

$12 - One Drop-In Class
$10/ Class - with 5 Class Card ($50)
Only $8/ Class - with 10 Class Card ($80)
* Punch Cards are good for admission to any/ ALL Adult Dance & Fitness Classes and can be shared between family members.
NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY.
This class will guide adult beginners through fundamental empowering movements using single-weighted postures. The gentle sequence of steps will introduce students to valuable tools for developing optimal wellness through Tai Chi.
Attire is anything comfortable for exercise.
