Adults & Seniors in Wilmington, NC, are invited to burn calories, sculpt, and tone while enjoying international music paired with unique, easy-to-learn dance moves that incorporate the best of Zumba, Line Dancing, and aerobic training for an exciting and effective cardio workout.

Pay by class or purchase a punch card for discounted rates:
$12 - 1 drop-in class
$10 - with 5 class Card ($50)
$8 - with 10 class Card ($80)
*Punch Cards are good for admission to any/ ALL Adult Dance & Fitness Classes and can be shared between family members.
NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY.
Beginners & lifelong dancers are welcome.
Attire is anything comfortable for exercise.
Wear sneakers to get the most out of this class.
