What is a Bid & Pass?
It's where attendees buy tickets then find a seat among tables that arranged in a serpentine fashion. Baskets will be passed down the tables for everyone to look at. If you like what you see you put your number(s) in the included container. Pass it down and repeat until all baskets have made their way through the crowd.
What kind of items are in the baskets?
A variety of new items will be included. We are in the gathering gifts stage now so please contact the Community Center if you would like to donate!
Can I bid and leave?
Unfortuantely no. You must be present to win as we won't gather your information. You are welcome to give your proof of number to someone else to gather your prizes on your behalf!
How many envelopes can I buy?
As many as you want. This is a fundraiser for permanent restrooms by the sports field. We want as much money as you are willing to give! HOWEVER, we do have a limited number of envelopes so get their early!
What payment options are available?
Cash or credit card.
Can I bring my family?
Absolutely! There will be baskets for all ages and you are welcome to let your kids bid with your bid numbers. Parents need to stay with their kids though, no unaccompanied minors.
Will there be food?
Yes! There will be a pasta party starting at noon and lasting until 5pm or until the food runs out. $7.00 per adult, $5.00 per kid.
How long will the event last?
We expect around 2 hours but could be up to 3. It depends on how fast the baskets move.
