What to Expect When You're Expecting... a Grandchild!

What to Expect When You’re Expecting… a Grandchild! is a fun interactive workshop for grandparents whose daughter or daughter-in-law is expecting a baby and intending to breastfeed. Grandparents of babies are also welcome to attend.

Topics include new developments and updates in baby development baby safety including car seats supporting mother and baby in the postpartum period (including C-sections and other birthing difficulties) and helping to get breastfeeding off to a good start.

Facilitated by Cuidiú (Irish Childbirth Trust) Antenatal Educator Nicky McEntee (Bumpandcradle.ie) and 2025 Lactation Consultant of the Year Patricia Marteinsson.

Cost €10 including light refreshments.
