The retreat combine natural living and the practice of Meditation, Yoga, Qigong, and Taichi to disconnect from the outer world and reconnect with yourself.

The retreat center

The Shanti space is nested in the Tapada da Mafra, 30 minutes away from Lisbon Airport and 20 minutes away from the small beautiful beach town Ericeira.

Arrival: Wednesday Evening , 27th of August 2025

Departure: Sunday 31st of August 2025 at 10am

Participants are invited to arrive at the venue starting from Wednesday at 17:00. Since many attendees will be traveling on Wednesday afternoon or evening, the retreat will officially start on Thursday at 08:00. Kindly let us know your expected arrival time and whether you would like to join us for dinner on Wednesday night.
