Rise, ride, and find Freda—our favorite octogenarian cyclist who inspires us all to keep pedaling!

Join us Tuesday morning on the Suncoast Trail for “Finding Freda,” a beloved weekly tradition that brings riders together from all directions. Whether you start from the Panera Bread trailhead (south) or northern points like Lawless, the goal is the same: meet up with Freda and at Ridge Road approximately 8:30am
