Come join a free gnocchi workshop hosted by our very-much-non-professional-but-very-much-Italian friend Lena! 🇮🇹🤌🤌
A fundamental pillar of her childhood, gnocchi have always been a huge hit at every potluck she’s attended—fishing compliments left and right. 🤩🥰
And since sharing is caring, Lena is excited to pass on her nonna’s recipe secrets and techniques for the perfect gnocco! 🇮🇹❤️👵🏻

Dinner:
Can’t wait to taste your freshly-made gnocchi? Right after the workshop, we’ll have an Italian dinner featuring the gnocchi you made! 😍😋
For just 40 kr, you’ll enjoy some authentic bruschette while the gnocchi finish cooking—topped with Lena’s most appreciated seasoning: butter and salvia (sage)! 🧈🌱🤌
To finish, a delicious tiramisù made with Lena’s mum’s own recipe. Do I need to be more convincing? 🤷🏻‍♀️

⚠️ Note: The classic gnocchi recipe includes eggs, but don’t worry—if you’re vegan or have an egg allergy, we’ve got you covered! We can make perfectly good egg-free gnocchi too. 💚
