DANCE as a THERAPY
Connect to your body, let go of thoughts and discover your creativity through the movement.

No dancing experience needed: come as you are and explore your free movements in a safe space.

About us:
Elena Golovina Larsen: dance & movement therapist, dance group facilitator and teacher.

Vladimir Trishkin: musician, whose acoustic guitar will follow our movements and support them.

We are passionate about creating and holding the space for non-verbal communication, inner reflection and self-healing.

Price: 200 kr.
