Upcycle ties into headbands and scrunchies

Come, help us get prepared for the boutique table happening at fall forum we’re gonna be up cycling silk ties, and making them into headbands and scrunchies to be sold at our table. Come out and support us as we try to raise a little money for our chapter. We will be meeting at tables amongst the books to work.
