Then at 6:30 PM, head over for our signature Fierce Flirt dance class, a feminine-energy heels session designed to boost your self-esteem, sculpt your lower body, and bring out your boldest, most empowered self. With beginner-friendly choreography that sneaks in toning moves, and a supportive atmosphere, this class is all about owning your power while having a blast.
