• Cancel before 12:01 AM on the appointment day for a full refund
• Reschedule before 12:01 AM and your deposit transfers
• Arrive up to 1 hour late and we will try to fit you in
• No-shows are donated to charity
• Using your own phone still requires a reservation (limit 3 photos, one pose)
• One reservation = one immediate family
• Babies may be held or placed in a carrier
• No professional cameras allowed
• Service animals welcome (no pets or ESAs)
