Mom & Grom: Toddler Yoga (4 Week Term)

This is a four week term that meets every Wednesday at 10:30-11:00 am for a 30-minute playful yoga class designed for toddlers ages 1-3 and their caregivers, blending gentle movement, songs, and mindfulness to support development and connection. Wiggles and giggles are welcome! Come move, bond, and have fun!Parent/caregiver is required to join in the studio room to help their toddler participate in class.Please bring one yoga mat for you and your toddler to practice on together! :)Limited space available (we welcome 10 toddler + parent/caregiver groups each term!)
