Breath and Bloom is a sacred gathering nestled in the heart of Adoria's Healing Gardyn -- a Reiki energy-infused sanctuary where we come home to ourselves, to each other and the earth.

You are invited to an evening of rhythmic, intuitive breathwork and soul-stirring sound healing, led by the incredible Emmy. Allow yourself to slow down, open your heart, and deeply reconnect with your body, spirit, and to the natural world around you. Let your breath ground you, and your spirit unfold in full bloom.

Bring a yoga mat and blanket. Wear comfortable clothing. If you like, bring a journal to capture the moment. Most importantly, come with an open heart.
