Join us for a rejuvenating day retreat designed to awaken, energize, and restore your body and mind. This carefully curated experience offers a journey through unique styles of yoga—ranging from calming, gentle flows to vibrant, energizing practices—all in harmony with the rhythm of the day.
Each 50-minute session is a sample of a distinct yoga style, allowing you to explore and discover what resonates most with you. The day will begin with an opening circle meant to ground you and create community. The energy of the entire day will flow with complete balance. You will end your day by winding down with a soothing, Yoga Nidra session that includes blissful Sound Healing.
The balanced schedule is thoughtfully designed to:
Honor your energy levels throughout the day
Introduce you to new and inspiring yoga traditions
Create space for connection, reflection, and deep rest
Whether you're looking to deepen your practice, try something new, or simply take a day for yourself, this retreat is a space to move, breathe, and just be.
All levels welcome.
Infused water and light snacks will be offered. Lunch will be on your own.
