Join us on Saturday, October 18, 2025, at Front Beach in Ocean Springs (across from Fort Maurepas) for an unforgettable evening of light and community. From 5:30–8:30 PM, families and friends will gather to enjoy the beach, pick up lanterns, and share a moving moment together.
Lantern Pick-Up: begins at 5:30 PM
Lantern Release: at sunset, around 6:45 PM
Donation: Minimum of $10 per floating lantern (all lanterns are biodegradable). Larger gifts are always welcome. Proceeds directly benefit the Lighthouse Academy PTO.
How to Pay: Cash (exact change), check payable to Lighthouse PTO, or Venmo.
What to Bring:
- Beach chairs or blankets
- Bug spray
- Lighters for lanterns
- Cash or Venmo for snacks and food
- Family beach games, towels, and water shoes
- A light jacket for after sunset
