Magical Movement: Joyful Embodied Expression

Join us where movement, music, and magic meet! This 1.5 hour workshop is an invitation to playfully reconnect with your body and rediscover the joy of embodied expression. We'll begin and end with gentle, yoga-inspired stretches to help you feel centered and grounded. In between, you’ll be guided through expressive dance, allowing you to move freely and intuitively to the music.

This is a journey for anyone and everyone. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or haven't moved like this in years, all you need is an open heart and a willingness to be yourself. This is your time to reclaim your joy and embrace your weird.

Feel free to wear something that makes you feel joyful and comfortable—something you can easily move and express yourself in. (Feeling festive? It’s spooky season! Feel free to dress in costume if you’d like!)

No prior yoga or dance experience is necessary.
