6 Week Beginners Course: Tuesdays 6:45-7:45 PM or Thursdays 5:30-6:30 PM
Designed for those who want to deepen their understanding of Yoga as a healing art. Philosophy, breathing techniques, anatomy and alignment will be the primary focus. Additionally you will learn how to create a home practice that you can commit to. This is a private 6 week course and pre-registration is required; no drop-ins.

Struggling with stress, anxiety, or feeling ungrounded? In this workshop, Ellen will guide you through thoughtfully designed yoga sequences to help you release tension, calm your nervous system, and cultivate lasting inner peace.
You’ll learn practical poses and techniques to ease anxiety in the moment, as well as long-term strategies to build resilience and prevent overwhelm. The session begins with grounding practices to settle excess energy, preparing you for deep relaxation. The second half focuses on a soothing sequence designed to reduce chronic stress—one of the root causes of anxiety.
