Join Kirtan Melbourne Group at Zero Point Yoga for an evening of blissful mantras.

Kirtan is a wonderful way to connect to the heart and move beyond the mind. In the practice of Kirtan - Mantra, Sound and Vibration come powerfully together to shift and elevate our subtle states.

The kirtanist guides the group in the singing of mantras ( revealed sounds) - as call and response.The mantras, derived from a variety of traditions, celebrate various aspects of our divine nature. When sung repeatedly, mantras draw us into a deep meditative state, enhanced by the deep breathing that singing facilitates.

Kirtan is a yogi's party. It can be a deeply meditative and heart opening experience while also being loads of fun.
