Patton Oswalt is bringing his brand-new hour, EFFERVESCENT, to the Ocean City Performing Arts Center on March 5, 2026 as part of the Ocean City Film Festival!
Patton is back with his signature apocalyptic, pop-culture-fueled take on the world. He’s older, allegedly wiser (he disagrees), and working through some things—all of which makes for a night of pure comedic chaos. As he puts it: “Come see the hilarious train wreck. I’ll be dead in thirty or forty years, so this might be your last chance to catch me.”
From Netflix specials to Emmy and Grammy wins to voicing everyone’s favorite culinary rat in Ratatouille, Patton Oswalt continues to leave his imprint across film, television, and the comedy world. His recent special We All Scream earned him another Grammy nomination, and his starring role in I Love My Dad captured both Grand Jury and Audience Awards at SXSW.
You’ve seen him in Young Adult, Big Fan, The Secret Life of Walter Mitty, Magnolia, Veep, Parks and Recreation, The Goldbergs, The King of Queens, BoJack Horseman, and so much more. Now experience him live on stage—raw, sharp, and at the top of his game.
