Pains & Gains Sweat & Sip Fest @ Seacrets

The SEACRET is out that there is a new beach in town and we will be breaking it in with a sweat fest! Join Liz Fitzgibbon from Whitewater Crossfit and Dawn Ehman from Yogavibez for a real "Pain in de Ass" class! This class will incorporate cardio, strength, core and more. A unique "finisher" for all participants followed by your choice of either a Pain in de Ass, Dirty Banana or mocktail.
Location: The Hideaway located on 50th Street Bayside north of Seacrets, behind Area 51
