Ocean City hosts weekly events, annual conventions and festivals, spectacular shows, international tournaments for everything from beach soccer to big game fishing, 17 exquisite golf courses, the best watersports and fishing on the eastern seaboard, award winning bars, restaurants, and nightclubs, horse racing and gambling, endless shopping, amusement parks, museums, mini golf... the list is practically endless. LODGING

We will have stay in a beachside house near Ocean City, which combines modern and rustic country charm, 4 bedroom, 8 beds (2 full/queen beds, 6 single beds), 2 baths, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a dedicated workspace. We will max out at 10 people. The house is 10 minutes drive to Ocean City.

Features: Patio with an outdoor lounge area, fire pit, hammock, free Wifi, TVs, washer, dryer, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer.

Essential Provided: Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, towels, bed sheets, and toilet paper

TENTATIVE PLAN (Plan may vary depending on weather among other factors)

* Jun 20 Friday:

• Arrive at Ocean City. After lunch, rent a bike & biking on the boardwalk (extra cost). Check out shops on the boardwalk & try vintage dark ride Haunted House. Hang out at the beach.

• Grocery shopping for breakfasts before heading to the house. After dinner, hang out at Seacret bar, one of the most famous bars in the east coast, and enjoy their live band & DJ spinning latest hits (extra cost).

* Jun 21 Saturday:

• Rent a paddle board (SUP) or a kayak for 2 hours (extra cost), free lesson included. Enjoy the water adventure & the incredible views .

• Enjoy the famed Maryland blue crabs and/or other delicious seafood for lunch. Check out Jolly Roger's amusement park. Happy hours at Fager's Island, and enjoy live band & DJ's mix.

* Jun 22 Sunday:

• Check out the house. Head to Frontier Town Western Theme Park, and/or Assateague Island National Seashore.

• Have lunch & head back to NYC

TRIP SCHEDULES

Depart Date: Jun 20th, 2025 Friday. Please arrive 15 minutes earlier. Van will depart sharply on time with or without you.

Depart 6:30 AM from Queens: (Across street from Sheraton LaGuardia East Hotel) 135-20 39th Ave, Flushing, NY 11354 (Map). Subway lines (Main St-Flushing): 7.

Depart 7:10 AM from NYC: (ViVi Bubble Tea) Corner of 43rd St and 9th Ave New York, NY 10036 (Map) Subway lines (Times Sq-42 St): A, C, E, 1, 2, 3, 7, N, Q, R, S.

Depart 7:30 AM from NJ: (North Bergen Park & Ride) Commuter Parking Lot, North Bergen, NJ 07047 (Map) Please wait near the bus stop. Daily parking only at $10 a day & it is limited to 24 hours.

Return Date/Time: Depart from Ocean City on Jun 22nd after lunch around 3:00 PM and expect to arrive at NJ at 8:30 PM, NYC at 9:00 PM & Queens at 10:00 PM

Trip Includes: 2 nights shared accommodation (sharing a queen bed) at a vacation house near Ocean City MD. Round trip transportation from NYC area & tolls, daily transportation between the house & Ocean City, & parking fee if any. $10 tips for the van driver is required & will be collected on the returning trip.

Cost (Lodging & Transportation):

Super Early Birds: $239 per person shared bed spot for first 5 spots or book by May 3rd whichever comes first (discount applies automatically). Early Birds: $269 per person shared bed spot for first 5 spots or before Jun 1st whichever comes first. Regular: $299 per person for last 5 spots. Upgrading from shared bed to single bed is $30.

Refund Policy:

* Full refund minus $30 processing fee if cancelled 21 days in advance

* 50% refund if cancelled 10 days in advance

* No refund for cancellation or no show within 10 days; however, spots can be transferred to your friends with $30 processing fee.

Travel Insurance:
