Journey through Yin Yoga, iRest Meditation & Sound Healing

Join us for a transformative 90-minute workshop designed to rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit through the harmonious practices of Yin Yoga, iRest Guided Meditation, and Sound Healing. Led by three experienced instructors, each segment of the workshop will focus on fostering deep relaxation and inner peace.

The session will begin with Yin Yoga, Michelle Potter ERYT200 will guide you through gentle, Yin postures held for extended periods, allowing you to release tension and increase flexibility.

This will transition into iRest Guided Meditation, facilitated by our second Vance Row ERYT200, will lead participants into a state of profound relaxation and self-awareness, encouraging emotional healing and clarity. Finally, the workshop will culminate in a Sound Healing experience, Tana Martin ERYT500 will create soothing vibrations through crystal bowls and other instruments, further enhancing your meditation and promoting a deep sense of tranquility.

This workshop is suitable for all levels and aims to create a space where you can reconnect with yourself. Bring your yoga mat and an open heart as we journey together into a deeper state of well-being and harmony.
