There is so much happening in Oak Run that it’s hard to know which way to turn—but we’ve made it easy. Turn right into the Orchid Club parking lot On Thursday the 11th when doors open at 6 PM, bring a delicious appetizer to share, and don’t forget your favorite beverage.

It has been a busy, memorable year, and we can’t wait to highlight the great moments we’ve shared. You’ll also get a full rundown on how to enjoy our parade nights—timelines, how to join in one or both parades, block party details, and everything you need to make the most of the festivities.

All residents who have submitted their names to run for the 2026–28 Board have been invited to attend. You’ll have the chance to hear who they are, what they hope to bring to Oak Run, and why they believe they deserve your vote on January 10th.

Join us for an evening that’s equal parts information and celebration—90 minutes that will start your season of fun off right!
