Thursday Oct. 9, 2025. 8am—Vendor Load in Day! Camper Arrivals. 2-6pm—Pre-Registration Packet Pick-up at Registration Building.
Friday OCT 10, 2025. 9am–Gates open ($10 Cash only parking fee for non-registered vehicles) *Vendors*Merchandise*Food*Music**Obstacle courses*Spectator viewing* 4pm—Obstacle Courses close.
4pm– Show and Shine at FL Horse Park=PINK NIGHT for Breast Cancer Awareness!($10 Cash only parking fee for non-registered vehicles) *Vendors*Food*Music*Raffles*Spectators*. MUST be registered Jeep to be eligible for Trophy. 6pm– *Raffles*Show&Shine trophy award presentations* Event Closes for the day after raffles, all vehicles must depart (except campers).
Saturday OCT 11, 2025. 8am–Gates open ($10 Cash only parking fee for non-registered vehicles) *Vendors*Merchandise*Raffles*50/50 *Music*Obstacle courses*Spectator viewing*
11am–Helicopter Duck Drop! 4pm —*Obstacle courses closed*Raffles start* (the big one). 7pm– VIP Guided Obstacle Course Night Ride (Horse Park stock and modified courses) Registered Jeep with VIP arm bands required to participate!
Sunday OCT 12, 2025. Vendors and obstacle courses are CLOSED! 9am–- Ocala National Forest Guided Trail Ride. 3pm—Event campers must depart park.
Pre-Registration Price $75 (Parking Fee Waived) per Jeep covers all occupants legally buckled in for Friday & Saturday events. Day of registration will be $85 ($10 to park + $75 to enter Jeep= $85 total.) VIP Saturday Night Ride on Courses=50 Jeep slots available at $50 each. MUST BE PRE-REGISTERED to Purchase. NO REFUNDS!!
