About the event

Mindfulness & Figure Skating at Obi
I will be offering a seminar on Mindfulness and Figure Skating at Obi again this year. This experiential seminar will help you with relaxation, visualization to improve your skating and stress reduction, particularly around judges and judging. This seminar is a refinement of one I did last year. It will be in English but if there is enough interest, I can do it in English & Deutsch.

There is a 10€ cost so cover the room rental and handouts. Please sign up in advance so I can prepare. However, drop-ins are permitted on the day.
