Community Day

Get ready for an afternoon of creative exploration! Inspired by the exhibition Picturing Paris: Monet and the Modern City, families and art enthusiasts of all ages can enjoy art making and activities that bring Monet’s early Parisian visions to life. Drop in any time to this free event for the perfect blend of art, history, and hands-on creativity. Explore Monet’s early cityscapes, on view together for the first time in North America! This event will be held in a wheelchair- and rolling walker-accessible building. Activities will be primarily in the East Gallery on the main floor, with optional offerings in additional galleries. This event will include hands-on activities for ages 3+. Restrooms are gender-specific and wheelchair-accessible. Listening devices and ASL are currently not scheduled for this event, nor will it be recorded. The sound level will include background music and talking.
