Chair Pilates Oban

I am delighted to announce due to popularity Chair Pilates Classes in Oban are continuing for the foreseeable future.

They will carry on running in blocks of four costing £35 for the four weeks.

The classes are a wonderful way to work on balance, mobility, strength and general fitness.
