Home Canning Basics

Join us to talk about home food preservation basics with an emphasis on hot water bath and pressure canning methods.

About the instructor

Pat Holmes is a Family and Consumer Sciences Extension Educator Certified in Family & Consumer Sciences with a Master of Science in Education. She’s a graduate of the University of Dayton. Pat works in the OSU Extension Office in Montgomery County with specialization in Family and Financial Wellness. Pat teaches a variety of topics related to Healthy People, Healthy Finances, and Healthy Relationships. Her passion is helping others be successful in life and be their own advocates.
