Come join us for a free 5km run/walk/stroll, dressed in your best Red and White outfits! Brand new to parkrun, register for FREE here https://www.parkrun.ca/register/?section=form

We could also please use some volunteers for our extra event! Without the kindness of our volunteers we are unable to run these special events 🇨🇦

Reminders:
- The River Oaks Rec Centre will be closed, therefore we will not have access to the washrooms.
- First Timers Debrief will commence at 8:50am.
- Red and White attire is encouraged🇨🇦
