Gallery Glow Yoga

Deb Taylor brings her MYndful Yoga Classes to the stunning gallery space at Joshua Farm Gallery on Tuesdays at 5:30–6:30pm.

With over 15 years of experience as a Hatha Yoga Instructor, along with her background as a certified Personal Trainer, Sound Healing facilitator, and long-time yoga lover, you will be in good hands as Deb creates an experience that is both grounding and uplifting. Her classes are accessible to everyone, offering thoughtful options and alternative movements so you can practice in a way that feels right for your body. Each session flows at a gentle, mindful pace, weaving strength, stretch, and relaxation together in harmony. To complete the journey, Deb incorporates the healing vibrations of sound into your Savasana, allowing you to sink into a state of deep rest and renewal. Beautiful music fills the space as you move, and after class, there’s time to connect with others in a warm and welcoming community atmosphere. These aren’t just yoga classes—they’re a weekly ritual to help you release the stresses of your day, return to your centre, and recharge your energy.
