Dance Essentials Class

A weekly class designed for movers to strengthen your body, enhance your flexibility, perfect your lines and master your technique. Elevate your movement one session at a time!

**Please note this class IS NOT a dance class - but rather a class to help both dancers and non-dancers be strong and fit.

What to expect:

*Warm up
*Classical ballet barre
*Centre: balance + turns exercises
*Corner: dance combinations to practice your technique, lines and foundations
*Floor: dance specific conditioning + mobility exercises
*Cool down

What to bring: Workout/dance attire, water, runners or socks.

About the instructor, Carolina Vitorino:
Carolina is passionate about all things movement and has 30 years of combined experience in dance, gymnastics, cheerleading, aerial arts, circus, musical theatre and bodybuilding.
