Make your own pickles and jam! We have so much fresh fruit and vegetables in the summer, but how can we preserve them to enjoy all year? FOOD PRESERVATION IS FUN! Come learn to make easy freezer jam and refrigerator pickles, and enjoy the yumminess of summer beyond the gardening season. (That is, if you can keep from eating it all immediately!)
