Join us each Tuesday from 6-7pm at the Carnegie Library - Oakmont Branch for a meditation program designed to explore techniques for relaxing the body and calming the mind.

Led by Buddhist monks from the Pittsburgh Buddhist Center, the session focuses on cultivating mindfulness, loving-kindness and equanimity.
