We are living, shifting, morphing, vibrational energy beings.
We are made of Light, of Sound, of Consciousness.
We are not a thing, a noun.
Rather we are a verb; we are movement, change.
Our life comes from the exchange of energies.
Giving & Receiving form a healthy energy exchange,
a living relationship with Life itself.
Many people know how to Give,
but that is NOT a relationship. It is a depletion.
Many people know how to Get,
but that is a stagnant accumulation of dead energy,
which never brings lasting happiness,
If we only breathe out, we will die.
If we only breathe in, we will explode.
We must alternately breathe in and breathe out.
That is healthy balance. That is the cycle of Life.
We must give generously without attachment.
We must receive graciously, with appreciation.
If we do not receive, then we are depriving someone of giving.
When you make a sound, let your sound be one of change, and be accepting of the sounds that feed your vibration.
Listen attentively to others sounds, with respect and gratitude.
