Whether you are new to fitness or a seasoned fitness pro this high intensity interval training class is for you. We will do a combination of strength and cardio moves that will help you strengthen from head to toe while keeping your heart rate elevated for maximum results in minimal time. This 45 minutes class is appropriate for all levels and options will be given for those who need or want low impact options.

We are full service, providing you will towels, shower facilities and limited parking.
For the practitioner
We support a space where you can run your business the way you want to, without being asked to conform or curb your creativity.
Membership Options
Unlike other gyms and training facilities, at Truve, you only pay for what you use. Memberships are available for group fitness classes, while all other services can be paid for a la carte.

Strength with Bands & Balls
This Strength class uses resistance bands and balls to target every major muscle group with low-impact, high-reward movements.
