Take your lunch break outside and recharge with us on Wednesday, October 8, for Wellness Wednesdays! We’re teaming up with the local wellness practitioners to bring free community-centered wellness sessions to the Plaza from 12 PM–1 PM.

Wellness offerings include:

Ear Seed Applications & Pulse Diagnostics with Academy of Chinese Culture and Health Sciences Learn how auriculotherapy can support relaxation, reduce pain, and promote emotional balance.
Live Hypnosis & Guided Tools from Desmerized Explore how hypnosis can help with focus, calm, and self-regulation.
Gentle Qigong Sessions led by Eileen (Wudang West) Restore your energy and release tension—no experience needed.

Drop in, relax, recharge, and take a moment for yourself. No special equipment or experience needed—just your presence and an open mind.
