Take your lunch break outside and recharge with us on Wednesday, August 13, for Wellness Wednesdays! We’re teaming up with the local wellness practitioners to bring free community-centered wellness sessions to the Plaza from 12 PM–1 PM.

Wellness offerings include:

Live Hypnosis & Guided Tools from Desmerized. Explore how hypnosis can help with focus, calm, and self-regulation.
All Levels Vinyasa Flow with Julia. Find joy through movement and ground yourself in your body through this energizing vinyasa flow! This class will focus on foundational poses in a fun and lighthearted sequence — beginners welcome!

Drop in, relax, recharge, and take a moment for yourself. No special equipment or experience needed—just your presence and an open mind.
