Waterfront to Warm Springs [TIME CHANGE]

Time for a long, flat one. For a change of pace, let's start it off with the water taxi to Alameda, then take the shoreline until we get to the southern end of Alameda County (Fremont/Warm Springs). BART back from there.

Meet at 9:30, roll 10:00. Expect to be out there until mid-to-late afternoon. Bail-outs are available at San Leandro, Hayward, Bay Fair or Union City, but be warned that they're all a few miles from the shoreline.

The route is mostly outside of developed areas, so plan to bring trail lunch and have it on the levees somewhere.

There's very little shade out there but the weather forecast looks pretty pleasant.
